Among the activities will be implemented two advisory services that will allow a better understanding of the Iran and Turkey markets, market principles prevailing on them, formal and legal conditions, and the tax system. In addition to consulting services, BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. intends to intensively participate directly in exploring mainly Asian markets and establishing business contacts, mainly through trade fairs where he will be an Exhibitor - there are planned 7 trade fairs organized over a period of 2 years (2018, 2019).
BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. intends to participate in IRAN AGROFOOD (2019), Kazakhstan World Food Tech (2018), AGROEXPO Turkey (2019), Gulfood Manufacturing Dubai (2018, 2019), IFFA Germany (2019), AGROPRODMASZ Moscow (2018). In addition, BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. intends to participate in the project in two individual economic missions - Iran, Turkey, and in one group economic mission to Russia (during FarmingExpo Krasnodar 2018).
In addition, BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. will carry out a number of promotional activities, such as producing brochures, organizing advertising in digital media during trade fairs, updating the website in several language versions, and advertising films.
In implementing the project, BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. strives to develop the export potential and increase competitiveness on international markets - by increasing exports to the value of min. 40% of all planned sales. The increase in the level of export will also translate into an increase in revenues from export sales of the electrostimulator - annually by approx. 400 thousand zł.
The project is for BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. an important point for exploring the possibilities of exporting activities on the markets of the countries in which the promotion program activities selected by the company will be implemented. It is also an opportunity to establish new business contacts - it is estimated that the implementation of the project will contribute to the conclusion of min. 4 commercial contracts.
This will enable BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. introduction of product sales to foreign markets - mainly Iran and Turkey. The purpose of BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. is also strengthening the company's image relative to new production and promoting international markets through participation in the industry promotion program of machinery and equipment.

During the project implementation, there was a need to modify its assumptions - due to adverse political conditions in the Poland-Iran relations, beneficiary BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. withdrew from the scope of the project activities in this country and related to this market as well as ineffective activities. As a result of changes made to the project, consisting in limiting the number of prospective markets to the Turkish market, BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. he also limited the scope of consulting services and participated only in 4 trade fair events - Kazakhstan World Food Tech (2018), Gulfood Manufacturing Dubai (2018), IFFA Germany (2019). AGROEXPO Turkey (2020), also completed over-plan participation in the AGROPRODMASZ Moscow (2019).
In addition, the Beneficiary BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. took part in individual economic missions in Turkey during the project. BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. conducted a number of promotional activities during the project, such as producing brochures; organization of advertising in digital media during trade fairs; an update was made in several language versions of the site hves.eu and advertising films were prepared.
The project was for BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. an important point for exploring the possibilities of conducting export activities and was an opportunity to establish new business contacts - in the near future Beneficiary BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. hopes to finalize the first orders, which will translate into increased revenues of the Beneficiary's company, including revenues from the export of meat carcass electrostimulator. Due to the limited number of activities and the value of the project, the Beneficiary BLUEVENT AIR SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. will achieve the objectives regarding the increase in the value of export revenues in reduced amounts in proportion to the final scope and cost of the project.
